This website is for those who are experiencing pain and grief from the loss of a loved one. It is a place of healing through journaling, biographies, personal stories, pictures, videos and music. The intention of kan-do is you can do this; you can get through this sorrow. Perhaps by visiting these cherished memories we can bring a little hope to light.

 
 

History

Kayla Ashton Needle was an 18-year-old with a purpose and a goal. Her time on this earth was cut short by a tragic car accident on October 2, 2011. She was a child of beauty, knowledge and grace. She left this earth with numerous people mourning her death, thus the creation of this website.

The day following her memorial, Kayla spoke to a family member in a vivid, but very peaceful dream. She said she wanted to "help others through their grief". It made her sad to see others in such pain, not just her family, but anyone who is suffering from grief. She wanted to help.

Kayla had an idea about a website. The name of the website would have her initials KAN and the word "DO". The meaning being you "can do it". You can get through this pain.
